Royal Craig’s current practice entails all aspects of intellectual property and technology transfer, including patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution from the drafting of applications through oral appeal; patentability, infringement and validity search. He also provides opinion work in all contexts including valuation, mergers and acquisitions, etc. He is skilled in complex litigation including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret cases; technology transfer; technical support of research and development; business development and venture financing. He is a member of the Maryland State, Federal, and American Bar Associations. He is also an Adjunct Professor Univ. of Maryland Carey School of Law.
