FEE STRUCTURE
FLEXIBLE PRICING
We fulfill our client’s need for fee structure, be it fixed fee, “capped fee” or hourly rate. However, we default to capped fee pricing: we issue an advance quote, complete the job, and invoice at standard hourly rates up to (but not in excess of) our stated quote. The client benefits from our efficiency, can budget the cost, and still have upside price protection. We send monthly invoices reflecting time charges subject to capped fee quotes, plus filing fees or other out‐of‐pocket costs. The following are our standard quotes for the stated tasks, which we will adhere to unless modified by separate engagement letter.
